PAN-GRILLED SHRIMPS

Pan Grilled Shrimps

1/2 kilo medium-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup oil

For the marinade:

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup garlic, crushed
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon calamansi juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Marinate the shrimps for five minutes.

Heat a flat frying pan with the oil. When hot, toss in the shrimps and cook until they are pink.
